Yorkshire Pudding

1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 to 3 tablespoons of grease (fat) from the of pan you cook the roast in

Beat eggs and milk, sift flour and salt into the eggs and milk mixture. Add grease and beat at a high speed (in mixer or blender) for about 30 seconds. Bake in greased pan at 450 for 30 minutes.

This is a single recipe, we usually double or triple the recipe when we make it.
