Grilled Garlic Bread

1 loaf Italian white break or French baguette, sliced down the middle
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 stick melted butter
1 cup chopped Italian leaf parsley
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Shredded mozzarella cheese

Prepare garlic butter mixture by melting 1 stick of butter into a glass bowl.

Chop 1 cup of parsely and add it to bowl

Finely chop garlic cloves, sprinkle with salt and use back of knife to press into a paste. Add garlic paste to butter

Sprinkle salt and pepper on butter mixture and stir

Heat grill to 350F

Slice bread in half and place inside of bread down toward heat until toasted

Once toasted, flip over and brush on garlic butter mixture

After a few minutes, move bread to indirect heat and add shredded mozzarella

When cheese has melted, remove from grill


Extra hack: use roasted garlic.
